Kuta Indah Hotel - Kuta (Lombok)

The hotel offered affordable rates during the new year season. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the town and beach.- The staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed.

The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms left a lot to be desired. The presence of stains and odors was quite unpleasant.

First room had cockroaches...and the other one, the deluxe room was falling apart! Left after 1 night... Terrible don't go there.. Try others like tastura or surfers inn instead!

Lovely swimming pool, nice and clean and the staff were very helpful

The first room I was shown to was full of cocroaches so I walked straight out again. I was moved to a much better room though at no extra cost. The main reason I wouldn't recommend this place is that there is very little atmosphere - it was incredibly quiet.

The location of the hotel is perfect for enjoying the beautiful beaches nearby. the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, and they provide excellent room service. the breakfast served at the hotel is delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.

The staff at the reception could be more welcoming and attentive to guests' needs.

Scenic location and proximity to restaurants

The room was quite musty on arrival but freshened up with airing and air conditioning. The hotel is in need of maintenance and looks a bit tired and unkempt.

The room was very simple, cold shower, bathroom had some bad points (water dropping) but the bed was very confortable. No distraction in the hotel or in the room, prices are high for food so better to eat outside, mineral water is not provided. Staff is friendly.

The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the hotel had a beautiful and clean swimming pool. The location was great, just a short walk to the main intersection of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel safe as a solo female traveler.

Insufficiency maintenance & poor coordination !! I have to pay in cash when arrived hotel although I had already submitted my credit card info. I hope it won't be charged double ! and the pictures in the Booked.net seems taken long time ago as I found the actuals are degraded.

Its a nice simple hotel for a very good price

it look like is near the beach, but to get there is way too far. And another problem was too many bugs and mosquitos, very annoying

The garden was lovely and the pool looked inviting. the location was great as it was near the beach and town center. the staff seemed friendly but not overly attentive.

The room was not what we expected from the pictures we saw online. the bathroom was dirty and smelled bad.

The hotel is closer to the airport compare to other places like Senggigi or Gili T. It has a nice pool, big room and is cheap for the facilities we've got.

The hotel is in a quieter area. Most people stay there so they can go surfing in the nearest beaches. We stayed in one of the older room at the back. There were nothing but coconut trees next to our room which was rather scary.

The fact that in 7 years time that hotel now is getting cloer to the center of Kuta.

all the aspects of accomodation like getting the most in offering the least. but, finding a nice accomodation in Kuta can be difficult so be aware!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a nice veranda. The pool area and grounds were well-maintained. The location was excellent, just a short walk into town. The breakfast offered was adequate and tasty. There were lots of amazing little beaches nearby.

Nothing, no complaints at all.
